İade ve Değişim Koşulları
– Teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde iade veya değişim talep edebilirsiniz.
– Ürün kullanılmamış, hasar görmemiş ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.
– Kişiye özel tasarımlar ve hijyen açısından riskli ürünlerde (örneğin küpeler) iade hakkı bulunmamaktadır.
– İade onayı sonrası tutar, ödeme yaptığınız yöntemle iade edilir.
– İade kargo ücreti, kusurlu ürün dışında alıcıya aittir.

Return & Exchange Policy
– You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
– The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
– Please note that custom-made designs and products that pose hygiene risks (e.g., earrings) are not eligible for return or exchange.
– Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
